Scenario Worksheets
Provide students with worksheets depicting various social situations involving emotions. Ask them to write two responses: (a) how they might react naturally, and (b) how they should react for a positive outcome. This prompts reflection on emotional triggers and teaches healthier behavior planning. Similar activities—like emotion charades or role-play—help build emotional intelligence and regulation.
